Summer Levin is a diligent student and young technical theatre professional with considerable experience in carpentry, lighting, and team leadership.

Since high school, Summer has been working for professional scene shops in carpentry, run crew, and electrician teams in addition to Lighting Assistant and Designer roles in academic settings. She is currently pursuing a BS in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Colorado, Boulder and spends her free time swing dancing and training with the CU Taekwondo team.

Summer loves the collaborative nature of theatre and the fast-paced workflow of creating for an audience. For her, the beauty of entertainment comes from the visible perseverance of an interdependent workplace as each team brings their best work to the table. Honored with the Goldberg Award from Opera Theatre of St. Louis for diligence and teamwork, Summer tackles every project with optimism and positive energy.
